As a Waldorf School educated, Chicago native, referring back to nature, her travels, and global design is an integral part of her design identity and process. Sarah Lewin graduated from, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), where she studied architecture, interior architecture, and designed objects. This interdisciplinary path capitalized on her diverse knowledge and roots igniting her interest in woodworking, furniture design, and architecture. During her studies, she developed a profound interest in the history of furniture, architecture, and historic preservation.

Sarah Lewin now works as the premier vision behind, Sarah Lewin Interiors, in Chicago, and across the nation. Her practical "hands on" approach aid her ability to produce knowledgeable and creative solutions for her clients.
